I recently came across this stainless steel lunch box in a store and i liked it. Unfortunately the panda style was out of stock so I ordered online.. but the lid doesn’t fit properly.
They should have checked it before shipping. The one I bought in the store was good .

Having faced serious quality problems with my Falcon Tiffin, I took the matter with the company.
Though there were lot of sluggishness in the process to handle complaint including return of the defective item to Falcon’s Mumbai office,but ultimately I got the desired respite of receiving the replacement.
Overall it was a pleasant experience, particularly the courteous nature of the staff at Falcon.

I was looking for this size and space container. Just perfect.
I saw the picture thats why I select this size but I feel its a bit smaller in space. I can keep 4 chapati thats it.
