Refund policy

 a.Return Policy

  1. Returns should be booked within 3 days from the date of delivery. 
  2. Customers claim for any missing, damaged, or broken products. Unpacking clear video is needed for the return approval.
  3. Item must be returned undamaged with the original packaging intact.
  4. Refund/Replacement will be processed once the warehouse receives the item.
  5. If the customer has any confusion or doubts about product size, color, etc. don't hesitate to get in touch with us via WhatsApp/Call +91 9930011500 before placing the order. Otherwise, the customer will have to pay return charges.

b . The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement –

  • Damages due to misuse of product.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
  • Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received

c. How long does the refund process take?

The refund process can take up to 7 working days once the parcel is returned to us. For all refunds our priority, we will refund the amount to the same mode of payment as used during checkout. In optional we can contact you for the bank details if we get any internal error.


d. Defective Items

Should an item have a manufacturing defect or broken, please email us at care@pddfalcon.com, within 3 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect or broken picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost.

e. Return Shipping Charges

  1. if an order is by mistake place and the order is handed over to the courier then the customer needs to bear shipping charges. and refund as per the policy c.
  2. The customer needs to book a return in case the reverse booking is not available on the customer's Pincode. Shipping charges are refundable up to Rs.85 after verification.
  3. the customer will have to pay return charges if returned against policy a.5.
  4. If the brand found an error from the brand team in return verification. the brand will arrange the pickup and help with the needed solutions. pickup may be effected against policy ref. e.2.

f. To Avail of The Warranty

  • The customer is required to send the product to the Mumbai office. The customer will provide the product to the company at his own expense.   • Limited Period Offer:
